2. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use

All content presented on this Site, including but not limited to 2D animations, 3D renders, videos, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Old Oak Studios unless otherwise stated.

  • Source Materials: We frequently utilize Open Access and Public Domain historical assets (such as those from the British Museum or National Gallery) as the foundation for our digital work. We do not claim ownership over the original historical artifacts or source images.

  • Our Digital Assets: The transformed, animated, and re-textured digital assets and videos displayed on this Site are the intellectual property of Old Oak Studios. They may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, or distributed without our explicit written permission.

3. Client Services

These Terms of Service govern the use of our website. Any commercial projects or bespoke digital asset creation undertaken by Old Oak Studios for a client will be governed by a separate, customized Statement of Work and Master Services Agreement provided directly to the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

The information on this Site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Old Oak Studios excludes all representations and warranties relating to this Site and its contents. Old Oak Studios will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site, including direct loss, loss of business or profits, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
